Pairing a luxurious upscale character with a clean, easy to use interface, JW Collection’s flagship website is a fundamental part of this boutique homebuilder’s brand presentation. Rich use of photography and imagery engages and delights as straightforward, intuitive navigation paths make it easy for users to get directly to items that interest them most. Multiple and naturally integrated lead generation opportunities focus on pipeline conversion, meeting users where they are. Flexible implementations of imagery, video and other content allow each community to showcase its own strengths and unique character while maintaining a cohesive and compelling overall presentation.
This fresh site design provided a launching pad to propel the company’s marketing efforts along a rapid projected growth curve. Designed with an emphasis on boutique luxury presentation, optimization, ease of use and engagement to drive lead generation, the new site implementation began to pay dividends immediately with significant improvements in key site metrics across the board. Whereas the previous site was delivering small to flat year over year traffic increases, the new site design generated immediate improvements in optimization yielding increases in traffic and sessions of 20% to 30% year over year. Lead generation on the new site increased fourfold thanks to a more compelling inventory presentation and more intuitive lead contact interface. Engagement metrics including average session duration and pages per session also increased significantly.
