Poised to become Gwinnett’s landmark district for live, work and play, Exchange at Gwinnett combines shopping, food and entertainment with residential flats and local office space to create a dynamic destination at the crossroads of I-85 and GA Highway 20 just north of Atlanta. Exchange will offer more than 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space combining the best of big names and boutiques.
Capturing a sleek and dynamic feel for a forward-thinking place-making destination, the central identity mark developed for The Exchange is sophisticated and architectural in a bold, impactful color palette. The design is inspired by an abstraction of a bird’s eye view of the site itself with strong line strokes representing the roads that intersect around it – effectively positioning The Exchange as the central connection point where it all comes together.
While its full website is in development, a dynamic splash landing page teases what is to come with construction updates and early brand sign-ons. Like the logo mark, the site is striking with its sharp angled lines that create sliding page segments for an engaging and active presentation of a destination about to come to life.
