Clementine to Helm Exchange at Gwinnett Marketing

Atlanta-based Fuqua Development has set Clementine Creative to bring to life the brand for its new place-making destination, Exchange at Gwinnett - a 100-acre mixed use powerhouse.

Clementine will create and direct branding and digital marketing, including website design and social media, for the new Exchange at Gwinnett by Atlanta-based Fuqua Development. One of the seminal projects currently under construction in the Atlanta metropolitan area, Exchange at Gwinnett is a $350 million, 103-acre mixed use development located in Gwinnett County at the crossroads of I-85 and GA Highway 20 near Mall of Georgia and Coolray field.

Exchange, is poised to become Gwinnett’s landmark district for live, work and play, combining more than 465,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, professional office and hotel space as well as more than 1000 residential units. The Exchange’s brand story is built on connection as it brings together all of these with welcoming green spaces and a focal Center Stage for live and streaming entertainment in one diverse, walkable destination – creating a new district where residents and visitors alike can explore, connect and enjoy. Early tenant commitments include Sprouts Farmers Market, Topgolf, Andretti Indoor Karting, and Exchange will also encompass a 20-eatery Food Hall in addition to its many full-service dining destinations.

Exchange marks Clementine’s second major project in collaboration with the Fuqua Development team; Clementine also directs digital marketing, website and social media for Fuqua’s Peachtree Corners Town Center, a partnership with the city of Peachtree Corners, GA.
