Intended to drive sales during a typically slow time of year, the Dwell Well Home Event was created to craft a unifying lifestyle message to leverage the sales promotion period to its maximum potential.
The Work
Striking a modern yet comfy tone, the Dwell Well Home Event plays off of the company’s primary tag line “Make Space for Life” using lifestyle imagery to highlight the benefits of choosing now as the time to make a move thanks to the event’s associated incentives. The color palette popped off the brand’s neutral primary palette, evoking the fall season and underscoring the timely urgency of the message as one that would not last.
The Results
Not just a pretty face, the Dwell Well Home Event translated into record-setting sales success with over 80 homes sold in just seven weeks during what is typically the slowest season of the year.
