Pratt Stacks Brand Experience
The Providence Group | Atlanta, GA
Create and implement a unique sales environment to transform a historic warehouse space, located in a retail center, into an inviting environment true to the neighborhood’s character for the client’s new home development. Pratt Stacks Retail Center will be located in the soon-to-be iconic Beacon Atlanta in the vibrant Grant Park neighborhood. With an audience of young professionals, many of them creatives, the retail space should feel like an artist’s studio: industrial in feel, neutral colors (black architecture, white walls). Very minimal, open, airy. With exception of a full wall mural graphic element, which is the artist’s canvas, full of color, balancing out the rest of the space and drawing all attention to this focal piece. This piece, painted by local artist Miles Davis of Massive Burn Studios, symbolizes the whimsical, artistic uprising of Atlanta with nods to Lemuel Pratt Grant, Atlanta’s “railroad man” for which Grant Park and Pratt Stacks is named for. Digital displays showcase quality video from Atlanta creators to highlight activity and artistry of the locals. Finally, moving parts which grandly present finishes and homeowner selections create a interactive displays and invite potential customers to participate with the brand.
