From naming and logo design to an immersive environmental design, Clementine was enlisted to bring to life the vision for Pratt Stacks, a new condominium development in the vibrant Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta. All the brand elements are showcased in a unique sales environment which completely transformed a historic warehouse space in the soon-to-be iconic Beacon Atlanta into an immersive experience capturing the art, vibrancy and history of the community.
With an audience of young professionals, many of them creatives, the retail space was inspired by an artist’s studio. It is minimal, open and airy – then punctuated by a full wall mural graphic element, which is the artist’s canvas, full of color, balancing out the rest of the space and drawing all attention to this focal piece. This piece, painted by local artist Miles Davis of Massive Burn Studios, symbolizes the whimsical, artistic uprising of Atlanta with nods to Lemuel Pratt Grant, Atlanta’s “railroad man” for whom Grant Park and Pratt Stacks is named. Digital displays showcase quality video from Atlanta creators to highlight activity and artistry of the locals interspersed with interactive product displays that invite potential customers to participate with the brand.
