Luxury Sales Gallery Design
Client:: One Museum Place Condominiums | Atlanta, GA
As Atlanta’s premier new condominium development, One Museum Place was sited at one of the city’s most rarefied addresses, in the heart of Midtown with breathtaking skyline views across Peachtree Street and the campus of the High Museum of Art right across the street. The legacy project of iconic Atlanta homebuilder John Wieland, One Museum Place was designed and curated from top to bottom with a meticulously sophisticated vision. When the team approached Clementine for design of a sales space in one the property’s residences, it was clear that no ordinary sales center would do.
The resulting sales space is clean, chic and sleek – drawing on the namesake museum inspiration to create a bright gallery-style installation that maximizes visual impact with an artistic edge. The space is airy and inviting. Rather than greeting visitors with aggressively styled messaging, cleanly framed displays of rich, compelling imagery invite them to engage and immerse themselves in the story of the environment that surrounds them. Key interest points become art in a graphic text wall design.
The sales gallery experience draws visitors into life at One Museum Place by capturing the feeling itself which is the very heart of the one-of-a-kind One Museum Place story.
