Ecco Park was conceived as a sleek and eco-minded destination in a perhaps unexpected location. Its new interpretation of neighborhood living in a suburban Alpharetta location called for a visual identity that could capture its unique appeal.
The central logo mark is crafted of three pieces in a botanical inspired palette, representing the three parks that form the foundation of the neighborhood. It is chic and simple yet modern to stand apart in the traditional Alpharetta market area with a sophisticated architectural font that belies the unique craftsmanship of the destination itself.
Use concepts focus on the central theme of three, inviting readers to “Revive. Rethink. Revel.” Each word is chosen to highlight Ecco Park’s special strengths – where homeowners can “revive” the comfort of a classic Alpharetta neighborhood but “rethink” what that means for today and “revel” in the lush, thoughtful neighborhood setting that results.
